EMSA U14 GIRLS SOCCER SEMINAR “SUCCESS, FROM THE INSIDE OUT”
EMSA Girls in Soccer Committee is hosting the seminar, “Success, from the inside out” for U14 Girls. The seminar is geared towards the importance of living a healthy lifestyle beyond sport. In this hour you will be shown why this is important to be healthy and active, what do we eat to fuel our bodies, and how do we relax and build confidence in and out of the sport of soccer.
