Team Equipment Return

SELECTS FC Equipment Exchange (for any returning or new SELECTS FC teams for the 2019-2020 Indoor Season) is on Saturday, September 7, 2019, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the equipment warehouse.  
SELECTS FC Equipment Return (for any teams NOT returning for the 2019-2020 Indoor Season) is on Thursday, August 22, 2019, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the equipment warehouse. Note: Equipment exchanges will not occur on August 22.
All teams exchanging or returning equipment are to bring the following::  
1.  All players jerseys are to be brought in and will be checked.
2. For those teams that did not turn in a completed team jersey record form and players jersey deposits into the MWSA office, bring them to the SELECTS FC Equipment Exchange or SELECTS FC Equipment Return.  
3.  Return any equipment you do not want to carry for the 2019-2020 Indoor season and pick up any equipment you may need.
4.  If your First Aid Kit needs to be replenished please bring it with you. 
5. For any new teams, an equipment deposit is required in the form of a cheque, for the amount of $350.00, made out to Mill Woods Soccer Association, with a blank date. Alternatively, you may use a credit card for the equipment deposit. If using a credit card please contact the MWSA office. Equipment will not be issued without a deposit. 
Please note, Coaches, if you are unable to make the Equipment Exchange or Equipment Return, please make alternate arrangements to have someone attend on your behalf. Equipment including jerseys is not to be returned to the office.
