REGULAR

tRAINING

For all our athletes, particularly those in our competitive program, we consider regular time on the field essential. Players will participate in practices, technical sessions, and league matches 3-4 times a week.

Athletes aged U13-U19 are embarking on a crucial phase in their youth careers. In the competitive and fast-paced environment, all players must learn to adapt. Our commitment is to support each player in reaching their maximum potential.

We are dedicated to supporting our athletes as they advance to the next level. Upon completing our competitive program, we anticipate that our athletes will be prepared to transition into University, Collegiate, or EDSA Adult league play.

POWERED BY ANALYTICS

With our video analysis program for U13+ Tier 1 (expanding next season), teams will have 2-3 matches recorded during the season. Our Technical Team will analyze the footage and then conduct a one-hour classroom session with the team. During this session, players will learn about the tactical side of the game in a collaborative environment.

CONSISTENT IMPROVMENT

(First come first serve) Players can choose to sign up for fitness training sessions throughout the season with our in-house certified personal trainer! The main focus of these sessions is to enhance and improve players physical performance. 


All players will receive a packet containing important information about healthy nutrtion, hydration, and eating habits to enhance their phsyical and mental performance. Both programs will be expanded in the future.
